Happy Birthday Everitt

I think Everitt enjoyed his birthday celebrations. I made pumpkin muffins and took them into school on Tues. (his real birthday) and as a family that night we did presents. Then we had a real party for him Friday afternoon. It has been so unseasonably warm here that I figured we'd have our party at the playground. Right, so of course the weather decided to become stormy at the last minute. We celebrated indoors mostly and only went out for only a little bit.  Everitt is excited to be seven and a proud owner of over 150 new baseball cards and close to 100 silly bands!  Thanks :) He got about half a dozen good name player cards he is very excited over. Especially those Rockies.

Everitt is our little athlete, (he currently weighs 47 lbs and is 4 feet tall.) He always wants to be active/playing and is quite coordinated. He can't wait for basketball season to start and of course PE is what he likes most about school. He has also done great this first quarter in school. His reading and math are near the top of the class. We are so proud of him. Happy 7th Birthday.

Not sure what was behind me that had all the kids distracted, maybe the reflection of the flames in the window??

I was so happy with how his cake turned out. It was fun and Everitt was proud of it too.
