2009 Blizzard - March 26th

At least that is what this last storm is being called by the news. It was great to finally get dumped on. Our winter was so dry. At the house I think we got almost 12 inches. (Last I measured it was just about 10" and that was probably 12 hrs before the storm ended. It did lighten up over night.) Anyway the kids totally loved it. Coltin even got to start his spring break a day early due to a snow day.

School Projects

We are proud of Coltin. He is doing so great at school, makes it all seem to easy. The last month he has had a few big projects and done real well on them. For history we did a diorama of Paul Revere and for science he was assigned Uranus. I have to admit it was fun for me. I forgot to get a photo of the diorama. :(

18 Months

It was a half birthday for Corbin on St. Patrick's Day and a trip to the doctors. He had a great check up. His height is over the 50% at 32 in. but his weight is still below 5% at only 20lbs 12oz. I swear he eats, like 5 times a day, he just runs and climbs too much I guess. We have lots of fun with our little guy. Hope you enjoy these...

He is starting to figure out how coloring works, crayons on the paper not in the mouth!

Little game of Peek-a-boo

I find him on the table like this at least once a day. Had to share.

Corbin's Haircut

All along I've attempted to snip a bit of Corbin's hair here and there but it was really getting carried away and long in the back. So after a dear friend said how great his 'bob' looked I decided to figure out a way to get the kid to hold still so we could do more than trim. (The trick was food, TV, duck tape, a booster chair, and quick hands. OK so I didn't really use duck tape.) The results I'm pleased with, so hey Thanks Cameo! he looks like a boy again. :)

Those are before... These are after...
