My baby's 2!!

Wow I can't believe it. I never can. The time goes by too fast and they grow so quickly. Well we celebrated with mom and dad in Grand Lake. For a two year old I'd say he had a pretty good birthday weekend. He got to love on mom's horses, drive dad's boat, ride their new ATV, and eat cake! Oh and lets not forget, open presents. I got him this baseball tee that talks and he loved it just as I had hoped for. He's been so into baseball. We love our busy little guy.
Happy 2nd Birthday Corbin!

A look back at August

The boys got to go to a Rockies game with Justin and Papa Jerry. It was a great day! They got out of school earily and were able to get autographs from two players.

Everitt now wants to envite the Rockies to his baseball birthday. Wouldn't that make for an awesome party!

Ok so my kids like bugs. Sometimes too much. The big boys have taught the younger ones to catch and play with grasshoppers, ladybugs, crickets, and I'm not sure what else.

Here Alayna is styling in her live grasshopper hair clips.

Corbin even gets a kick out of chasing and holding the "hoppers".

Camping with the Hartson Family at Hermit Park, the last weekend of Aug., was a blast. What a way to end the summer. They have 3 boys and our kids all had a great time together.

Our tent. Corbin's and Alayna's first time camping. They can't wait to do it again.

Corbin and Brody best buds.

Yummy S'mores!

Cameo keeping Alayna warm.

The big kids found this great log fort they spent tons of time hanging out in.

We went on an awesome hike. This viewing area over looked Estes Park.

We never did get a group photo. Bummer, guess we'll just have to do it again. Thanks Hartson's!

End of Summer Fun now School Has Begun!

Bye-Bye Summer
We had a fun summer. Here are pictures of the fun we had that didn't get posted earlier.

Hail storm 7/20
Back in July we had a crazy hail storm hit our area. There was some of the largest hail I had ever seen. I know it can get larger but it was impressive, and the damage has turned out to be a blessing. Other than loosing my tomato plants!

Swim lessons end of July
Alayan's first time, she was real brave and they all did well.

Our last summer visit to Grand Lake and of course we have more pic of the kids on the horses, but what says 'end of summer' better than watermelon and corn on the cob? Corbin sure could not get enough of either one. It was fun watching him, so determined to finish every last bite. But the most fun would have to be playing on the lake.

Corbin even took a ride all he wanted to do was touch the water.
They all had fun. Even if they were a little nervous at first.

Here the boys are ready and excited for school. Coltin is in second grade with Mrs. Davison and Everitt started kindergarten with Mrs. Adams. They have gotten off to a good start. Both have been doing real well.
